ClearFiscal was founded in Edinburgh over a decade ago with a simple observation: most businesses don't have a spending problem — they have a visibility problem. Budgets were set once a year in spreadsheets, then rarely revisited, leaving teams unable to see where money was going or whether it was delivering value.

2014 — Founded in Edinburgh
ClearFiscal begins as a two-person consultancy helping mid-sized Scottish manufacturers untangle departmental budgets hidden in static spreadsheets.
2017 — Advisory Practice Launched
We expand from one-off audits into ongoing advisory support, giving clients continuous monitoring and mid-year reallocation guidance.
2020 — Remote-First Delivery
Our team transitions to fully remote delivery, allowing us to serve clients across the UK, Ireland and continental Europe without disruption.
